This building is an extension of building nº 88 constructed in 2014 to add 16 apartments and 3 commercial venues, two of which are årented to a gambling space with a total area of 785 m2 and another local venue of 35 m2. With this extension, the asset of the Avenida Juan Carlos I is further optimized, providing an unbeatable ratio between rentable area and the common areas in the layout of the apartment building. We added to the"loft" apartments four 2-bedroom apartments, thereby offering larger size renting options as well.
